  • Maternity cover may come with a waiting period of 9 months

  • The policy covers the infant of an employee from Day 1

  • Optional cover for ambulance charges

  • Pre and post-hospitalization expenses

  • Domiciliary and daycare expenses

  • Fees of a medical practitioner and specialists

  • Room rent and nursing charges

  • Anesthesia, oxygen, blood, OT charges, medicines, drugs, x-ray, etc.

  • Some plans may also cover radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and pacemaker cost

Most common exclusions

  • Non-allopathic treatments like homeopathy, Ayurveda, etc. 

  • Congenital diseases and all the expenses incurred in treating AlDS and other related alignments.

  • Alignment or complications arising from the use or abuse of alcohol or drugs.
